Care Instructions

Blades should be cleaned with water immediately after use. The blade must be thoroughly dried and oiled with a foodsafe product, mineral oil is a good option, and wiped down to remove any excess. Never place a handmade knife in a dishwasher. Carbon steel blades will form a patina over time and areas in contact with more acidic items will patina at different rates. Clean your blade immediately after use and dry thoroughly.

    If your knife has defects in material or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at my expense for the life of the blade. the Customer will be required to pay shipping both ways. Damaged blades will have to be evaluated to determine warranty status.
